During all the phases of buying our tickets I have the support of staff members by WeChat. I have to experience China’s corona virus outbreak and fortunately I have the support of staff personnel to guided me to cancel my tickets and get my money back, they were available to talk by phone with the train’s personnel!I strongly recommend this app for foreigners in China due to You can get your tickets very easy and without hassle.

Super useful app to buy train tickets in China. It doesn't matter where you want to go, there are tickets to everywhere. You can avoid also doing queues in the train station buying tickets here. And finally super necessary mention the excellent stuff behind the app, they help you whenever you need it through telephone or wechat.I had to change one ticket and thanks to Virginia I had my money refunded. She was super kind, very good professional and has helped me a lot. I really recommend it.

Travelled in China for 7 weeks Jan/Feb 2019. Finding & buying tickets was so, so easy. Got me from Beijing to Qinghai & then onto Tibet. Once in Yunnan, up through that province as far as Lijiang (Shangri-La section open later this year). From Shanghai to Hong Kong during Chinese NY. Able to book weeks in advance & either collect tickets in person or for small charge delivered to, in my case, hostel. Never failed - service, contact, pricing, etc brilliant.All in English with amazing help with collection. Easy & detailed instructions. Info on all stations. Chinese symbols to identify collection windows. Clear instructions on how to NOT confuse with cancellation & refund window! And to make things seamless a message, in chinese, to show to the attendant when collecting. I found in 2019 that many of these attendants spoke adequate English (even in remote Yunnan), but it was reassuring to have this to hand. Made China travel by train an absolute doddle. Many thanks to all the team.

When I first moved to China it was hard, buying food was hard, getting a taxi was hard and altogether transportation was difficult to comprehend. Just like other foreigners I had to rely on a chinese friend or a local to help me book a train ticket all the time and I sometimes felt like a burden. Luckily , I came across this APP on the apple store and it changed everything for me.Now everything is in English and it’s so easy to navigate. The customer service is beyond amazing! Great English speakers. I highly recommend this app to any foreigners or even mainlanders that prefer a more simpler way to book train tickets.
