The ticket usually release by China Rail 15 days before departure date, so if you want to book the ticket during National Holiday, it is better to book the ticket before or from September 15th as soon as possible.

Influenced by Chinese culture, Mid-Autumn Festival is also a traditional festival in some countries in East Asia and Southeast Asia, especially among the local Chinese.
