This year's Spring Festival travel rush runs from February 13 to February 26. The peak travel days are expected to be February 15-18, which are the day before Chinese New Year's Eve and Chinese New Year's Eve, as well as February 23-24, the last two days of the Spring Festival holiday. a. A ticket cancelation made more than 9 days before the departure time will incur a 5% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. b. A ticket cancelation made within 49 hours to 8 days before the departure time will incur a 10% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. c. A ticket cancelation made within 25 hours to 48 hours before the departure time will incur a 20% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. d. A ticket cancelation made within 24 hours before the departure time will incur a 30% cancelation fee of the ticket fare.
