The Chinese New Year is coming! This year is the Year of the Horse. Also, the annual population migration event has begun. This year's Spring Festival travel rush runs from February 13 to February 26. The peak travel days are expected to be February 15-18, which are the day before Chinese New Year's Eve and Chinese New Year's Eve, as well as February 23-24, the last two days of the Spring Festival holiday. The cancellation policy during the Spring Festival is as follow:
a. A ticket cancelation made more than 9 days before the departure time will incur a 5% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. b. A ticket cancelation made within 49 hours to 8 days before the departure time will incur a 10% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. c. A ticket cancelation made within 25 hours to 48 hours before the departure time will incur a 20% cancelation fee of the ticket fare. d. A ticket cancelation made within 24 hours before the departure time will incur a 30% cancelation fee of the ticket fare.
