Is time to say goodbye to luggage stress! On June 28, China Railway launched the pilot 'Light Travel' baggage delivery service across 19 major stations including Beijing West Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Station and Guangzhou South Station.

The 'Light Travel' service is available only to passengers with valid train tickets. The selected train's arrival time must be between 8:00 and 22:00, choose from the following two options based on your needs:
2.Door-To-Train Luggage Delivery
For this service, passengers make an appointment 48 to 8 hours before train departure. Associated staff will:

Luggage will be stored at designated Express Service Outlets at the station.
Passenger could check in luggage from the outlet.
All incurred service charges remain non-refundable.
3.How is luggage handled if a ticket refund is due to train schedule adjustment?
Rebooking Same Day/Next Day
If the train is canceled, diverted, or delayed after luggage has been collected, the "Light Travel" service will remain valid for passengers who rebook to depart from the original station on the same day or the next day.
Trip Cancellation
If passengers cancel their journey, China Railway will arrange for the luggage to be returned to the designated origin address. A full refund of the service fee will be issued via the original payment method.
