From Nov 16, the railway authorities will launch two new ticketing products on the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway, namely 30-day regular tickets and 20-count tickets, to facilitate business trips and commuters between Beijing and Tianjin.
You can use the ticket in these railway station: Beijing South Railway Station, Tianjin West Railway Station, Wuqing Railway Station, JunliangCheng North Railway Station, Tanggu Railway Station and Binhai Binhai Railway Station. The new ticket system can be used on the designated departure stations and designated seats of the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway.
Starting from Nov. 16, passengers can purchase this kind of ticket on the 12306.cn website and the railway 12306.cn mobile APP. Passengers who buy a 30-day regular ticket can take up to 60 times running along the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway that are designated to depart at the station and the seats when they purchase the products within the 30-day validity period. Passengers who purchase 20-count tickets are allowed to take up to 20 times that run on the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway and are designated to arrive at the station and other seats when purchasing products within the 90-day validity period.
The Methods of Taking The Trains
1.Seat reservation: Passengers can make reservations in advance on the 12306 website, railway 12306 mobile phone APP, and automatic ticket machines for the seats corresponding to the arrival station and seats. After booking a seat, the passenger enters the station with the original valid ID card or passport used when buying the ticket.
2.Directly take the relevant documents (ID card or passport): When the train has the ticket corresponding to the arrival of the station and seat remaining seats, passengers can directly enter the station with the original valid ID card or passport used when buying the product, bring the the ID card or passport and check the ticket to get the seat.So the most important point is that prepare the documents in advance.
Special Note:
1.1.The railway department reminds: after purchasing 30-day regular ticket and 20-count ticket, passengers need to take the train within 30 days (including the same day). If they do not take the train within 30 days, the new ticket system will be automatically invalid and full refund will be made.
2.The new ticket system is a full-price adult ticket, which can only be used by the passenger himself, valid from the date of the first ride.
3.A maximum of 4 reserved seats can be reserved for counting tickets and a maximum of 10 reserved seats can be reserved for regular tickets.
4.In case of change of itinerary, the reservation should be cancelled before departure without charge; Those who do not cancel will be regarded as a ride.
